Mrs. Ysidra Munoz

Mrs. Ysidra Munoz, 60 of Navasota, passed away Tuesday, September 3rd at Baylor Scott & White Hospital in College Station. Visitation with family and friends will be held Friday, September 6th from 5:00 - 8:00 pm at Nobles Funeral Chapel. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am, Saturday, September 7th, also at the funeral home. Speaker Abraham Caramillo will officiate. Interment will follow in Oakland Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Nobles Funeral Chapel.

Ysidra was born in Mexico on May 15, 1959 to Sidronio and Hermelinda Murillo. She married Lupe Munoz on September 22, 1982 and together they had six children. She stayed at home and took care of her house and family. She enjoyed cooking for her large family and tending the flowers she loved so much in her yard.

She is survived by her husband of almost 37 years, Jose Guadalupe “Lupe” Munoz; daughters and sons-in-law Maria Herlinda Munoz (Chris) and Maria Damares Munoz; sons and daughters-in-law Jose Munoz (Chonita), Samuel Munoz, Levi Munoz (Briseida) and Joe Munoz; parents Sidronio and Hermelinda Murillo; sisters and brothers-in-law Maria Hernandez (Francisco), Beatriz Vargas (Jesus) and Alejandra Franco (Pedro); brothers & sisters-in-law Sidronio Murillo (Angela), Lupe Murillo (Carmen), Jose Murillo and Ramiro Murillo; and grandchildren Aiden, Christopher, Meadow, Naomi, Ariana, Martin, Maya and Mia.

Serving as pallbearers are Chris Woodward, Ramiro Murillo, Raul Hinojosa, Levi Munoz, Juan Jose Murillo and Joebill Munoz.

Mrs. Munoz was preceded in death by her brother, Mauro Murillo.
