Mr. Troy A. Hughlett, 69, of Navasota, passed away Saturday, September 8, 2012 at his home. Visitation will be Monday, September 10 from 8am -5pm at Nobles Funeral Chapel. Funeral services are scheduled for 10am Tuesday at the funeral home with interment to follow in Wheat Cemetery in Millican. Arrangements are under the direction of Nobles Funeral Chapel.
Troy was born in Roswell, NM, on November 10, 1942, the son of Irby & Mary Belle (Robertson) Hughlett.
He was preceded in death by his parents. Mr. Hughlett is survived by his wife Virginia Hughlett of Navasota; sons, Troy Lynn Hughlett & wife Brandy Michelle of Houston, Scotty Wayne Hughlett of Houston, and Keith Allen Ferrel & wife Michelle of Sweeny; sisters, Jeannie Aldrich & husband Buck of Roswell, NM, Nelda Mendoza & husband Luis of Roswell, NM, and Lynn Miller & husband Gary of Boulder City, NV; brothers, William Hughlett & wife Bernice of Navasota, James Hughlett of Columbus, OH, and Robert Hughlett & wife Helen of Tomball; and 9 grandchildren.
