Thomas Scott Moore, 11, of Navasota, went home to be with his Savior, Jesus Christ, Saturday, February 6, at St. Joseph Regional Health Center in Bryan. Visitation will be held from 6-8pm Monday, February 8, at Nobles Funeral Chapel, and funeral services are set for 10am Tuesday, at First Baptist Church of Navasota, with Rev. Stephen Bailiff and Rev. Clyde Larrabee officiating. Interment will follow in Oakland Cemetery.
Thomas was born December 16, 1998, in College Station, to Matthew and Terri Lynn (Busbee) Moore. He was in the 4th grade at Brazos Christian School, and he loved the outdoors, Upwards basketball, and to play with his many friends. Thomas also loved all Aggie sports, and especially enjoyed going to the Aggie basketball games with his Dad.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Diane Moore.
Survivors include his parents; sister, Megan Diane Moore of Navasota; brother, Jonathan Asher Moore of Navasota; grandparents, Thomas & Judy Moore of Navasota, and Carl & Bonnie Busbee of Conroe; aunts & uncles, Dr. Kevin & Gwen Jones of Mineral Wells, Randy & Suzanne Rother of College Station, and Chris & Carrie Busbee of Orlando, Florida; and many cousins, who he loved very much.
Serving as pallbearers will be Matthew Rother, Luke Rother and Britt Jones, all of College Station; and Ben Jones, Mark Jones, and Robert Jones, all of Mineral Wells.
