Robert Brian House, age 69, passed away Sunday, February 16th at St. Joseph Hospital in Bryan.
Robert was born in Lawton, Oklahoma on June 23, 1944 to Harvey and Edna (Phariss) House. He married Margie (Misthos) and together they raised three daughters. Robert was a member of the White Hall Volunteer Fire Department, loved watching football and adored his grandsons. His greatest joys were playing with them and cooking breakfast for his wife in the morning.
Mr. House is survived by his wife, Margie of White Hall; daughters Sunshine House of College Station and Shelley Burnette of Virginia; three sisters, Judy Hargrove of Lawton, Oklahoma, Martha McMullen and husband Michael of Lawton and Anna Beth Kelly and husband Jerry, also of Lawton, Oklahoma; a brother-in-law, Dennis House of Lawton, and two grandsons.
He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Andrea Lyles; and brother-in-law, Butch Hargrove.
A private family memorial service will take place at a later date.
