Mr. Robert Earl Griffin Sr.

Robert Earl Griffin, Sr, age 77, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 21, 2022. He was born June 4, 1945, in Quanah, TX to David and Jessie Griffin. He proudly served in the United States Navy for 20 years, retiring as a Chief Petty Officer. During that time he served two tours in Vietnam with the Mobile Riverine Forces.
He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Deborah; a son, Robert Griffin, Jr and wife Erica; a daughter, Lori Griffin; and the grandchildren that called him PawPaw, Kylar Lovelady, Cameron Griffin, Leah Griffin, Raven Griffin, Faith Carpenter, Ariel Carpenter and Colby Burrell. He is also survived by his brother Mike Griffin and wife Wanda, and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents David and Jessie Griffin, brother David Griffin and brother and sister-in-law Boyd and Kay Griffin.
