Phelogan Butaud, 33, of Singleton, passed away Friday, August 8, 2008, in a tragic accident outside of Roans Prairie. A graveside service will be held Wednesday, August 13 at 10:00 a.m. at Singleton Community Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday beginning at 2:00 p.m. at Nobles Funeral Chapel with the family present from 5:00 - 9:00 p.m. Arrangements are under the direction of Nobles Funeral Chapel.
Phelogan was born October 8, 1974 in Bryan, Texas, son of Silvia (Hamric) and Russell Butaud. He was preceded in death by his mother and brothers, Russell & Ceasar Butaud.
He is survived by his father Russell Butaud of Singleton; sisters and brothers-in-law, Candace & Dave Hesterman of Carlos, Stephanie & Curtis Luthe of Keith; and Heather Butaud of Singleton; nieces, Amy McRae of Kerrville and Rachel Luthe of Keith; and nephews, Jaret & Jacob Sechelski of Carlos and John Luthe of Keith.
