Norman Neeley, 79 years old, who lived in Washington, Texas, passed away on Wednesday, February 12, 2025, in his home. Visitation with family and friends will be held Friday, February 21, 2025, at Nobles Funeral Chapel from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Funeral service will be held Saturday, February 22, 2025, at Willowhole Cemetery at North Zulch inside the chapel at 10:00 AM. Interment will immediately follow in Willowhole Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Nobles Funeral Chapel.
Norman was born in Houston, Texas on Monday, October 8, 1945. His parents' names are Cecil and Sybal Shields Neeley. He was a loving father and husband who served in the army for 2 years. A hardworking man who was the CEO of International Spring Products. He loved cruising and traveling the world. His hobbies were fishing and hunting, with his past time watching t.v.
His parents, Cecil and Sybal; brother, James Neeley; Aunt Lucille; great grandson, Kellen Rasch, preceding him in death.
His wife who was by his side till he passed for 20 years, Genna Neeley and their daughter April Neeley; his son, David Neeley; his daughters, Norma and husband Nelson Velasquez, Ashley and husband Christopher R. Pike, Loti and husband Mikey Paylor; his grandchildren, Victoria Velasquez, Waylon Pike, Ernest Paul Peterman, Crystal Peterman, Christina Rasch, Daniel Neeley; great-grandson Flair Rasch.
Honoring the life of Norman serving as Pallbearers are Mike Neeley, Nelson Velasquez, Christopher R. Pike, Alton Neeley, JC Clay, and Ernest Paul Peterman.
