Mrs. Nora Lee Satcher, 99, of Anderson passed away Saturday, June 27, 2009 at her residence. Visitation will be held from 6 to 8pm Tuesday, June 30 and funeral services are set for 9:00am Wednesday, July 1, both at Nobles Funeral Chapel in Navasota with Rev. Mac Vaughn officiating. Interment will follow in Richards Fairview Cemetery.
Mrs. Satcher was born June 7, 1910 to William "Dud" and Nancy Giles. She married Thomas Raleigh Satcher in Richards, TX.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Elnora and Robert Galaway of Anderson; grandchildren, Debbie and Charlie Pasket of Anderson and Brenda and Robert Cejka of Pinehurst; great-grandchildren, Jason and Bonnie Oldham of Waller, Russell Pasket, Travis Pasket and his fiance', Diane Kimich, and Scott Pasket, all of Anderson; great-great grandchildren, Amber Oldham, Colton Barkley and Cameron Barkley, all of Waller.
She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, three sisters and one brother.
Serving as pallbearers are Jason Oldham, Russell Pasket, Travis Pasket, Scott Pasket and Charlie Pasket. .
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to The American Heart Association.
