Mrs. Marlene Bushree Roman, 73, of Plantersville, passed away Saturday, January 16, at the Grimes St. Joseph Regional Health Center in Navasota. A visitation will be held from 5-7pm Wednesday, January 20, at Nobles Funeral Chapel in Navasota.
Marlene was born in Freesoil, MI, on August 31, 1936, to Ray and Genevieve (Sanford) Peppers. She married Fred Roman in 1980.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Steven Rudman; brother, Garald Peppers; sisters, Geri Peppers and Debbie Peppers; and half brother, Curt Peppers.
Survivors include her husband, Fred Roman of Navasota; daughter, Barbara Gene Booth of California; step-son, Matthew Bushree; sister, Sandy Rudman of Willis Point; half sister, Cheryl Carpenter of Midland, MI; sister-in-law, Betty Willwerth of Midland, MI; nieces & nephews, John & Cathy Randall of Lancaster, Patrick & Sohnda Roy of Willis Point, Carlos & Angella Nieves of Zionsville, PA, Ronnie & Christy Sikes of McKenney, Randy & Linda Peppers of Midland, MI, many great nieces and nephews, and 2 grandchildren.
