Mr. Mark Kimich, 48, of Plantersville passed away
Monday, January 23, 2012 at his home. Visitation was held at 5:30pm Wednesday, January 25 with a parish rosary recited at 7pm at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Stoneham. A funeral mass was celebrated Thursday, January 26 at 10:00am at the church with the Rev. Ed Kucera officiating. Rite of committal followed in the church cemetery. Arrangements were under the direction of Nobles Funeral Chapel.
Mark was born in Houston on October 23, 1963, the son of Louis and Janie (Seigle) Kimich. He was a superintendent for the Harris County Road and Bridge Pct 4 for almost 27 years, and was a member of the Sam Houston Trail Ride out of Montgomery, Texas for about 20 years. He loved to deer hunt, fish, and play golf. He enjoyed cookoffs with the Rockin L Cookers. Mark also loved to work in his garden. He had a great sense of humor that will be missed by all.
He was preceded in death by his father; and sisters, Jeanette and Sharon Kimich.
He is survived by his mother, Janie Kimich of Plantersville; brother and sister-in-law, Dennis and Tina Kimich of Plantersville; and nieces, Jennifer and Lindsey Kimich of Plantersville.
Serving as pallbearers were Donovan Pavlock, Billy Patke, Evan Marshburn and Jimmy Vann, all of Plantersville, Bill Lee of Houston, and Fred Jebousek of Magnolia.
