Maria T. Sanchez, 67, of Navasota passed away Wednesday, September 22 at the Grimes St. Joseph Health Center. A graveside service is set for 2pm Wednesday at the Shiro Cemetery.
Maria was born April 10, 1943 in Houston to Macario & Ysidra (Fernandez) Torres. She married Celestino Sanchez on September 20, 1968.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and brothers, Luis F. Torres & Esequil F. Torres.
Survivors include her sisters & brothers-in-law, Frances Ramirez of Navasota, Patsy Valadez & Abelardo Sanchez of Navasota,Lorenza Ramirez & Nick Reyes of Houston, and Emelia Torres of Bryan; brothers & sisters-in-law, Sylvester Torres of Houston, Angel & Tommie Cumpian of Navasota, and Jessie & Elizabeth Torres of Houston.
