Margaret Kopycinski

Mrs. Margaret Kopycinski, 84, of Navasota passed away Tuesday, January 3, 2012 at the Sheridan of Navasota. The family will receive visitors at 5pm on Thursday, January 5, with a rosary beginning at 7pm at Nobles Funeral Chapel. Funeral services are set for 10am Friday, also at the chapel. Interment will follow in the Oakland Cemetery.
Margaret was born in Richards, Texas on June 10, 1927, the daughter of Will and Ladishawa (Gorney) Yanchak. She married T.J. Kopycinski at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Houston on July 4, 1949.
She was preceded in death by her husband; sisters, Annie, Mary, Theresa, Katie, Cecilia, Elizabeth and Clara; brothers, Tony, Mike, Pete, Kasper and Conrad.
She is survived by her daughter, Linda Kay Kopycinski of Halletsville; and son, Larry Kopycinski of Navasota; grandchildren, Kenneth, Paul, Sandra, David, Cassi, Larry, Jr., and Donnie; and 9 great-grandchildren.
Serving as pallbearers are Larry Kopycinski, Jr. of Garrison; Donald Wingard, Jr. of Navasota; Michael Walkoviak of Roans Prairie; David Bohack of Navasota; and William and Charles Kowis, both of Plantersville. Honorary pallbearers are Zachary Bohack, Kenneth Bohack and Paul Bohack, all of Navasota.
