Marcus Sherwood Allen, 22, of Anderson passed away Wednesday, January 16, 2008. A memorial is set for 2:00 p.m. Friday, January 18 at Nobles Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Terry Swonke of Carlos Baptist Church officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Nobles Funeral Chapel.
Marcus was born on January 7, 1986 in Bryan, Texas, son of Jayla Ruth Taylor and Ronnie Lynn Allen. He was currently serving in the United States Air Force and stationed at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio.
Marcus was preceded in death by his grandparents, Ted & Wanna Hopper.
He is survived by his mother, Jayla Ruth Taylor of Pflugerville; brother, Matthew James Allen of Anderson; and grandparents, Milton "Pete" & Florence Allen of Anderson.
