Marcia Wynell Newton-White

Marcia White, 67, of Navasota, passed away on Friday, August 30, 2024, in her home in Navasota. A Memorial Service will be held at County Line Baptist Church in Spearsville, LA on Saturday, October 12th at 11am. Cremation services are under the direction of Nobles Funeral Chapel.

Marcia White was born in El Dorado, Arkansas, on August 11, 1957, to her parents Harvey Elector Newton and Lacy Mae Williams-Newton. Marcia was one of 15 children. She was a loving Mother, Mother-in-Law, Aunt, Sister, Grandmother, & Friend. She loved to fish, travel, eat Chinese food, read, put puzzles together, and play word games.

Marcia never met a stranger and by the time you left her company, you felt like family. 

Both parents and siblings HC Newton, Violet Newton, Joy Newton, Harvey E. Newton, Jr., and LaWade Newton precede her in death. 

She is survived by her two sons, William Ray Newton (Tamyera) & Damon Rodriques White (Kellie). Grandchildren, Romaro (Sarah), Dezmond (Natalhy), Kamren (Alexis), Dominic, Zivon, Donovan, Brittany, Briana, Kori, Drew, Ry’Deshia, Alyssia, & La’Darrin. Great Grandchildren, Dezalhy, Enrique, Mateo, Leia, & Journei, and her siblings, Thomas Moore, Lee Dell Moore, George Moore, Emmie Newton, Loretta Gatson, Valerie Joffrion, Jimmy Newton, Darin Newton, and Jennifer Newton.

Memorial Service to be held on Saturday, October 12th at 11am, County Line Baptist Church, 425 County Line Rd. Spearsville, LA 71277
