Lucio Guillen

Mr. Lucio Guillen, 78, of San Antonio passed away Sunday, April 7, 2013 at Morning Side Manor in San Antonio. A visitation will be held from 5:00-7:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 11th. at Nobles Funeral Chapel followed by a recitation of the rosary at 7:00 p.m. A funeral mass is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. Friday, April 12th at Christ Our Light Catholic Church with the Rev. Rodolfo "Jojo" L. Cal-Ortiz officiating. Rite of committal will follow in Oakland Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Nobles Funeral Chapel.

Lucio was born on October 16, 1934, in Madisonville, Texas the son of Pedro and Delores (Garcia) Guillen.

Lucio was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Frank "Pancho" Esparsa Jr., Felipe "Toro" Guillen, Juan Guillen and Pedro Guillen, Jr. and sisters, Manuela Rios, Eugenia Carpio, Francis Martinez, Martha Castaneda, Maria Silva and Lupe Rios.

He is survived by sisters, Angie Luis, Lucia Saldivar and husband Porfirio; half sisters, Sally Martinez and husband Macario, Janie Reyes, Modesta Ortiz, Basilia Herrera, Natividad Levra, Maria Salazar and Lupe Olivas and half brother, Antonio "Tony" Guillen.

Serving as pallbearers are Jesus Guillen, Anthony Guillen, Luis Rios, Max Herrera, Abraham Cavazos and Rick Rios.
