Mrs. Lillian R. Price

Mrs. Lillian Ruth (Jutson) Price, 82, of Millican, passed away Wednesday, October 29th, at College Station Medical Center. Visitation with family and friends will be Friday, October 31st at 1:00pm at Nobles Funeral Chapel, followed by a celebration of her life at 2:00pm. Rev. Buddy Hogue will officiate. Interment will be in Peach Creek Cemetery following the funeral service. Arrangements are under the direction of Nobles Funeral Chapel.
Lillian was born in Carlos, Texas on June 23, 1932 to William C. and Trannie Faye (Davis) Jutson. She married Joseph Weldon Price and together they raised two daughters. She loved working with people and spent the majority of her life in customer service. She taught Sunday School at Millican Baptist Church, she treasured her time with her family and friends and found her greatest joys in gardening, her grandchildren and her devoted dog companion, Pumpkin.
Mrs. Price is survived by her daughters and son-in-law, Margaret and Michael Dwyer of The Woodlands and Emily Staples of Millican; sisters Barbara Nell Sloan of College Station and Audrey Inman of Angleton; grandchildren Arnold Kroll and wife Nicole, Ashley Cedars and wife Susan and Paul Shute; and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband William, brothers William, James, Norman, Wesley and Vernon and sister Mary Louise Konecny.
