Lena Mae Westfall, 67, of Navasota, died Monday, January 21, 2008 in Bryan. She was born September 2, 1940 in Spring Texas, the daughter of William Monroe and Hattie Evelyn (Stow) Johnson.
Lena is survived by daughters and son-in-law: Delores Ann Westfall of Navasota, Deborah Elaine Moorman of Ft. Worth and Laura Lynn and Jeffrey John Meyer of Paducah, Kentucky; son and daughter-in-law: Richard Paul and Rosemary Westfall of Navasota, sister: Shirley Ann Abke of Hereford, brother and sister-in-law: Olin Ray and Linda Johnson of Conroe; grandchildren: Richard Thomas Moorman, Amber Michelle Lewis, Kelly Elaine Moorman, Taylor Ann Westfall, Christopher Scott Westfall and Bethany Alissa Westfall. She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister: Dorothy Hanna and a brother: William "Bill" Johnson, along with numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Funeral services were held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, January 24 at Nobles Funeral Chapel with Rev. Clyde Larrabee of First Baptist Church of Navasota officiating. Interment was in Oakland Cemetery under the direction of Nobles Funeral Chapel. Serving as pallbearers were: William "Bill" Hanna of Baton Rouge, LA, Wacey Abke of Navasota, Joel Johnson of Gonzales, Steven Blackburn, Charles Schwede of Anderson and Richard Cook of Navasota. Honorary pallbearers were Jason Abke of Navasota, Christopher Westfall of Navasota, Richard Moorman and Ricky Moorman of Ft. Worth, Bill Smith of Alvin and Russell Gallo of Shiro.
