Lakyn Layne Nichols was born August 8th, 2020. She was born sleeping with her angel wings in the arms of Jesus. Visitation will be held Tuesday, August 11th from 10:00-11:00 AM at First Baptist Church of Navasota, 301 Church St, Navasota, TX 77868. Funeral services will follow at 11:00 AM with the Rev. Clyde Larrabee officiating. A graveside service will be held at 4:00 PM in Town Bluff Cemetery, 133 County Road 4405, Woodville, TX 75979. Arrangements are under the direction of Nobles Funeral Chapel.

She is survived by her parents Zach & Carlyn Nichols; grandparents, Wayne & Julie Neubauer of Silsbee, TX and Mike & Emily Nichols of College Station, TX; great-grandparents, Patsy Lamb of Silsbee, TX, Wayne & Doris Neubauer of League City, TX, Aaron & Heidi Nichols of Scroggins, TX, and Jesse & Debbie Nance of Mount Vernon, TX; aunts and uncles, Justin & Katlyn O’Day of League City, TX, Tyler & Abby Neubauer of Rosharon, TX, Kylie Neubauer of Silsbee, TX, and Jake, Aaron, Gracie & Hunter Nichols of College Station, TX; cousins, Karson & Tatum O’Day of League City, TX; and her pet dog brothers Raptor & Fenway Nichols.

Preceding her in death were her great-grandfathers, Tommy Jordan of Spurger, TX and Edward Coppage of Silsbee, TX.
