Mr. L. C. Williams, 62 of Navasota, passed away Thursday, November 7th at CHI St. Joseph Hospital in Bryan, Texas. A celebration of his life will be held at 11:00 am, Saturday, November 16th at Faith Outreach Christian Center in Navasota. Pastor Henry Sanders will officiate.
L. C. was born June 2, 1957 in Grimes County to Allen Williams Sr., and Lillian Turner. He was a truck driver for Brazos Valley Co-Op until an electrical accident took both of his legs. Although disabled, L. C. never let his disability define him nor dictate the things he should or shouldn’t do. He had a smile for everyone and would gladly give the shirt from his back if asked. He loved the Lord and was very active as a deacon in his church. He looked forward to the men’s retreats and every opportunity to love and serve his church family and friends.
L. C. is survived by his special friend, P{atricia Norman Lee; daughters Jesslyn Norman-Robinson and Juanita Norman-Allen; son Boderick and Tracy Norman; sisters and brother-in-law Mary and Glenn Love, Lillian Scott, Annie Mae Johnson and Jeanette Williams and brothers and sisters-in-law Allen and Annie Williams, Steve and Mary Johnson, Robert and Sue Williams, James and Jean Scott and Billy Williams.
He was preceded in death by his parents; sister Mary Fagan and brothers Willie Williams and James Mason.
