Mr. Joseph Truman Sturrock Jr.

Joseph Truman Sturrock, Jr., 61, of Plantersville, passed away Saturday, November 8th at his home. An intimate gathering of family and close friends will be Thursday evening, November 13th from 4:00 – 6:00pm at Nobles Funeral Chapel. Graveside services will be held Friday, November 14th at 1:15 at the Houston National Cemetery. Rev. Stanley Oliver will officiate. Arrangements are under the direction of Nobles Funeral Chapel.
Joseph was born on June 1, 1953 in Houston, Texas to Joseph Truman Sturrock, Sr., and Ila June (Oliver) Davis. He proudly served his country in the U. S. Marine Corps. He is survived by a sister, Marilyn Sibley of Walker, Louisiana, and many close friends.
Mr. Sturrock was preceded in death by his parents, brothers Randall and Michael Sturrock and a half sister, Judy Gross.
