Jordan Craig

Jordan Ivory Craig, 16, passed away at her home in Plantersville, on October 20, 2011. Viewing will be held on Monday October 24, 2011, from 5:00 to 7:00 pm with a rosary immediately following. Mass will be Tuesday October 25, 2011, at 10:30 am. All services will be held at St Mary's Catholic Church in Plantersville. Rite of committal will be in Smith-Floyd Cemetery in Plantersville. Arrangements are under the direction of Nobles Funeral Chapel.
Jordan was born August 10, 1995, in Cypress, TX. She attended schools in Tomball and Cypress until 3rd grade when she transferred to Anderson-Shiro. She is survived by her parents, Clay M. and Janis Godfrey of Plantersville, and sisters Genevieve and Laila Godfrey. God parents are Lisa and Whit Bowman. Grandparents include Nicholas and E. Joy Martin of Tomball, Thomas and Jan Grezaffi of Tomball, Shirley Godfrey of Plantersville and Danny Godfrey of Nashville, Arkansas. She is also survived by her great-grandparents and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends who will all miss her greatly.
Serving as pallbearers are Caleb Rabun of Plantersville, Whit Bowman of Tyler, Jeffrey Martin of San Antonio, Jonathan Martin of Tomball, Stuart Craig of College Station, and Cody Condron of Cypress.
Jordan's life was cut too short, but she will be fondly remembered by everyone who knew her. She loved and was loved in return. Sixteen years was not enough time for Jordan to share all her love. Jordan had a passion for family and friends. She knew how to bring a smile to your face any time of day. Jordan brought out the best in people, and her joy and love will be truly missed but carried on forever.
