John P. Gorney, 64, of College Station passed away Tuesday, November 6, 2007 at the College Station Medical Center.
A memorial service was held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, November 8 at Nobles Funeral Chapel. Arrangements were under the direction of Nobles Funeral Chapel.
Mr. Gorney was born on October 28, 1943 in Plantersville, son of Verna (Lebeck) and Louis Gorney.
He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Margaret Petzolt; and brothers, Stash and Harold Gorney.
He is survived by his sons, Andrew and John Paul Gorney, both of College Station; and brothers and sisters-in-law, Leon and Barbara Gorney of Navasota and Joe and Barbara Gorney of Dobbin.
