Joe Gorney

Mr. Joe Gorney, 72, of Magnolia passed away Monday, July 12, 2010 at his residence. The family will receive visitors from 5-7pm Thursday, July 15, with a parish rosary beginning at 7pm at Nobles Funeral Chapel. A graveside service is set for 2pm Friday, July 16 at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in Stoneham, with the Rev. William T. Kelly officiating.
Joe was born March 14, 1938 in Plantersville to Louis and Verna Gorney. He married Barbara Lebeck in Houston on May 28, 1966, and had 3 children and 6 grandchildren. He was a member of the St. Joseph Catholic Church in Stoneham.
