Jeston Statham

November 1, 1962 — November 9, 2008

Jeston "Brett" Statham, 46, of Anderson, left this life to be with his Lord and Savior on Sunday, November 9, 2008 at his residence. Funeral services are scheduled for 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, November 12 at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Plantersville with Rev. Ed Kucera officiating. Visitation will be Tuesday at Nobles Funeral Chapel in Navasota with the family present from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m.
Brett was born November 1, 1962 to Jesse E. Statham, Jr. and Betty Lou (Ling) Statham in Pasadena, TX. He graduated from Anderson High School in 1981, and attended college at Sam Houston State University. While attending college, he met and fell in love with LeAnn Dutcher, and the two were wed on August 24, 1991 in Lissie, TX. After serving his country in the U.S. Marine Corps, Brett spent his time traveling, 4-wheel drive off-roading, and entering rodeos. His adventurous spirit was one of a kind and will be greatly missed.
Brett is survived by his loving wife LeAnn Statham; sister Robin Statham Foley and husband Frank of Chappell Hill; nephews, Chad Walkoviak of Plantersville, Randle Walkoviak of Chappell Hill and Jacob Johnson of Chappell Hill; and great-niece Hanna Walkoviak of Plantersville.
He was preceded in death by his parents and grandmother, Clara Statham.
Serving as pallbearers are James Leonard of Bryan, Mark Osborn of Shiro, Paul Stallons of Singleton, Jeremy Kleppick of Bryan, Jack Ellis of Texas City, Frank Foley of Chappell Hill, Carl Fischer of Katy, and Scott Messina of Huntsville.
Memorial contributions may be made in Brett's memory to Hospice Brazos Valley.
