Jack Dewayne “Little Jack” Law, 71 of Navasota, passed away Friday, Oct. 7, 2022, at his residence in Navasota. A memorial service celebrating his life will be held at 10:00 am, Friday, Oct. 21, 2022, at Nobles Funeral Chapel with Pastor Jack M. Redfeam, Jr. officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Nobles Funeral Chapel.
Jack was born in Houston, TX, on April 12, 1951, to James and Laura Marie (Jones) Law. He married Frankie (Vetuski) Law in Houston on July 1, 1970, and together they had two children. Jack worked as a machinist in the oil industry and for many years. He was generous, loving, and outgoing. He enjoyed hunting, was a lover of animals and sports, was an avid fan of the Houston Astros and spending time with his family. He LOVED his wife and his children and eating his beans with cornbread.
He is survived by his loving children, son Thomas Law; daughter and son-in-law Eva and Lee Ellingburg; brothers, James Dale Law, Charles Law and wife Susie, and Jay Law and wife Liz; sisters, Elizabeth Johnson and husband Wayne and Laura Norris and husband Vernon; grandchildren Megan Creger and husband Gerald, Taylor and Abbigayle Creger, Madison and Jackson Ellingburg, Christopher Law and wife Michelle, Chloe Morell, and Katheryn Ellingburg; 7 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; and his dogs. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, and brother, Bill Law.
