Mrs. Helen Jean Fuqua, 91, of Navasota passed away Tuesday, April 9, 2013. Mrs. Fuqua was a resident of Navasota, Texas. A grave side service will be held for Mrs. Fuqua at the Irwin Cemetery on Saturday, April 20, 2013.
Mrs. Fuqua was born May 17, 1921, in Austin, Texas, the daughter of Katherine and Aubrey McCutcheon. Helen married Floyd Fuqua in March 19, 1942, in Anderson, Texas.
Mrs. Fuqua was preceded in death by her husband, Floyd Fuqua, on April 9, 1996. Mrs. Fuqua is survived by her sons Floyd L. Fuqua and David L. Fuqua, daughter Katherine Ann Bedford, four grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
