Helen Fuqua

Mrs. Helen D. Fuqua, 77, of Navasota, passed away Sunday, June 27 at the Sheridan of Navasota. A visitation was held from 5:00-7:00 pm Tuesday, June 29 at Nobles Funeral Chapel. Funeral services will be Wednesday, June 30, at 10:00 am also at Nobles Funeral Chapel with Rev. Henry Sanders officiating. Interment will follow in Oakland Cemetery.
Helen was born in Longview, TX on November 18, 1932 to Elmer & Helon (Dreahn) Phillips, Sr.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Benjamin Franklin Fuqua; 2 sons, Franklin Dennis Fuqua & John LaFayette Fuqua; and a grandson, Eric Fuqua.
Survivors include her daughter, Pamelia J. Brewer & husband David of Navasota; grandchildren, Erica L. Borski and Mindy M. Brewer of Navasota, Paul A. Fuqua of Kerns, and Johnathon S. Fuqua of Houston; and 1 great-grandchild, Emileigh Brewer of Navasota.
