Glen Bruce,

Glen D. Bruce, Sr., 71, of College Station passed away Saturday, November 20 at the College Station Medical Center. A visitation will be held from 5 - 7pm on Monday, November 22 at Nobles Funeral Chapel. Funeral services are set for 2:00 pm Tuesday, November 23 at the funeral home with Rev. Clyde Larrabee officiating. Interment will follow in St. Stanislaus Church Cemetery in Anderson.
Glen was born in Como, Missouri on December 8, 1938 to James & Ava (O'Neal) Bruce. He loved antique cars, woodworking, and gardening.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, James & Bobby Bruce; sister, Oleta Wiggington; and granddaughter, Mandy Kunz.
Survivors include his wife Barbara Bruce of College Station; daughter K'Lyn Meier & husband Ron of Durango, CO; sons, Glen Bruce, Jr. & wife Janis of Altamont, KS; James Bruce & girlfriend Sandy Parker of Livingston; Lynn Kunz & wife Terrie of Navasota; sisters, Jane Lee Gray & husband Don of Lumberton and Carol Scrofne & husband Joe of Hitchcock; 8 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; and his faithful dog, Gator.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Navasota Volunteer Fire Department.
