Mr. Dean Keisler, 75 of Richards, passed away Saturday, October 4, 2014, at Scott & White Hospital in College Station. Visitation with the family will be Monday, October 6th from 5:00 – 7:00pm at Nobles Funeral Chapel. Funeral services will take place Tuesday, October 7th at 10:00am at the First United Methodist Church in Richards with the Revs. Floyd Hoke and Eric Dehmar officiating. Interment will follow in Bay’s Chapel Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Nobles Funeral Chapel.
Dean was born in Richards on January 18, 1939, the son of George Henry & Alla Lee (Cubstead) Keisler. He raised three daughters and a son and worked as a logger.
He was preceded in death by his parents; sister Bettye Joyce Brame; granddaughter Ashton Staner; and nephew David Brame.
Dean is survived by his daughters, Sandra McCune and husband Dirk of Navasota, Candi Dejesus and husband John of Montgomery, and Mandi Warren and husband Darryl of The Woodlands; son Randy Keisler and wife Diana of Houston; grandchildren, Clay Wright and wife Brandy, Cody Wright, Bretton, Dominic & Caiton Dejesus, Landon Keisler and Carson McCune.
Serving as pallbearers are Clay Wright, Cody Wright, Dirk McCune, John Dejesus, Darryl Warren, Mike Brame and Ronnie Brame. Honorary pallbearers include Dominic Dejesus, Carson McCune and Landon Keisler.
