Mr. Doyle Odell Lane, 60, of Bellville was brought in the presence of the Lord by the salvation of Jesus Christ on the morning of Sunday, July 15, 2012. During his departure he was surrounded by his family and blessed to be in his home. Visitation with the family will be from 6-8pm Wednesday at Nobles Funeral Chapel. Funeral services are scheduled for 2pm Thursday at the First Baptist Church of Navasota. Interment will follow in Oakland Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Nobles Funeral Chapel.
Doyle was born on November 29, 1951, in Marlin, the son of Gene & Nellie (Ayres) Lane. The greatest of his earthly treasures was found in his successful marriage of 40 plus years to Denise Reina Lane, the rearing of his three children, and the pleasure of loving his six wonderful grandchildren while expecting the arrival of his first great-grandchild, Braysen.
Most of his career was spent alongside family at either TTL of Conroe (founded by his father) or at Maxim Egg Farms of Boling (founded by his father-in-law, Vincent Reina). He has left behind a legacy of a strong work ethic only to be outdone by his love for his wife and family.
He was preceded in death by his loving father, Gene Lane; father-in-law, David Patterson; and mother-in-law, Jeannine Patterson.
Doyle is survived by his wife, Denise Lane of Bellville; mother, Nellie Lane of Conroe; daughters and sons-in-law, Jeannine & Alex Arishin of Montgomery and Angelique & Michael Galvan of Houston; son and daughter-in-law, Anthony & Kelly Lane of Boling; sisters and brothers-in-law, Annette & Mike Hill and Suzie & Bo Mott all of Conroe; brothers and sister-in-law, Ricky & Lynn Lane and Willy Lane all of Conroe; grandchildren, Bryce Abke, Morgan Galvan, Micah Galvan, Mia Galvan, Jude Lane and Madeline Galvan.
Serving as pallbearers are Ed Abatie of Anderson, Chris Reina of Sugarland, Vince Reina of Boling, Tony Walker of Houston, Mike Hill, Willy Lane, and Ricky Lane all of Conroe.
