Mrs. Carolyn Sue Harper

Mrs. Carolyn Sue Harper, 60, of Navasota passed away Thursday, September 22nd at her home. According to her wishes, she will be cremated and the family may choose a private memorial at a later date.
Carolyn was born October 24, 1955 in Bryan, Texas to Vernon and Mary (Wilson) Bryan. She married Stephen Howard Harper in 1972 and together they raised a son, Josh.
Carolyn attended San Jacinto Jr. College briefly, but spent her life caring for her home and family. She was a personable, loving woman who gave of herself to everyone she met. She fell in love all over again when her grandson, Zachary was born and she cherished time spent with him. She loved flowers and gardening, cooking and spending time with those she loved.
She is survived by her loving husband of 44 years, Steve; her mother Mary Douglas; son and daughter-in-law Josh and Melissa Harper; sister Sharon Patton; brother Harold Bryan and grandson Zachary Harper.
Mrs. Harper was preceded in death by her father, Vernon Bryan; brothers Danny and Ronnie Bryan; and in-laws Archie and Becky Harper.
