Carol Alford

Mrs. Carol Alford, 67, of Singleton passed away Wednesday, September 29 at her residence. A visitation will begin at 5pm Friday, October 1, with a prayer service beginning at 7pm, both at Nobles Funeral Chapel in Navasota. Final disposition will be cremation.
Carol was born November 27, 1942 in Houston to Joe & Mary (Stark) Hejny. She married Dale Alford in Stafford on July 14, 1959. She loved painting, gardening, and spending time with family.
She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Wesley Alford; and brother, David Hejny.
Survivors include her husband, Dale of Singleton; son & daughter-in-law, Daryl & Mandi Alford of Anderson; sister, R. Kay Hejny of Houston; sister-in-law, Donna Hejny of Anderson; and 2 grandchildren.
