Mrs. Ardie Mae Nobles

August 19, 1931 — May 13, 2014

Ardie Mae Nobles, 82, of Washington, died Tuesday, May 13th at The Sheridan of Navasota. Visitation will be held at Nobles Funeral Chapel on Thursday evening, May 15th from 5:00 – 7:00pm. The funeral service is scheduled for 10:00am, Friday, May 16th at Trinity Lutheran Church in Navasota with the Rev. Donald Kasper officiating. Interment in Oakland Cemetery will follow. Arrangements are under the direction of Nobles Funeral Chapel.
Ardie Mae was born August 19, 1931 in Navasota to Fritz and Ida (Bushman) Feldmann. She married Ernest Eugene Nobles on August 23, 1947, and together they raised one daughter and three sons. She enjoyed her family, cooking, gardening, sewing and the great outdoors
Mrs. Nobles is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Carolyn and Dale Hinze of Brenham; sons and daughters-in-law Leroy & Linda Nobles of Navasota, Robert and Sandra Nobles of Navasota and Jerry and Penny Nobles of Washington; a sister and brother-in-law, Ida Mae and Bill Kaspar of Bryan; brother and sister-in-law, Adolph and Paula Feldmann of Navasota; grandchildren Nancy and Joey Eppler, Chris and Melodie Nobles, Chad and Amy Nobles, Laura and Matthew Edgemon, Susan Bean, Darren Hinze, Joel Nobles, Jeremy and Jamie Nobles and Johnathon and Claudia Nobles; great-grandchildren Tyler and Shelton Eppler, Brenn, Breya and Brayden Nobles, Wade and Kate Nobles, Courtney and Megan Edgemon, Madilyn Bean, Jay, Jadon, Jonathan and Joselyn.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Ernest, granddaughter Shelley Nicole Nobles, brother & sister-in-law Willie and Katie Feldmann; sister and brother-in-law Erna and William Nobles.
Serving as pallbearers are Chris Nobles of Vallecito, California, Darren Hinze of Washington, Tyler Eppler of Navasota, Chad Nobles of Magnolia, Jeremy Nobles of Cedar Creek, Jonathan Nobles of Bryan, Joey Eppler of Navasota, Matthew Edgemon of Celina, Joel Nobles of Navasota and Shelton Eppler of Navasota. Honorary pallbearers include all of her great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers the family asks that you consider a donation to Trinity Lutheran Church in Navasota.
