Sally was born June 19, 1970 in Mexico to Catarino and Rosa Maria Sanchez. She married Tomas Garcia, Sr., on December 22, 1990 in Mexico and together they had two children. She worked for NOV Grant Prideco as an inspector. She loved her job and her co-workers and looked forward to work each day. Sally was stubborn and strong-willed, never taking no for an answer. She was a perfectionist, which made her good at what she did for a living. She had a great sense of humor and enjoyed sharing her time and laughs with her family – especially family trips to the beach or Laredo during the holidays. Sally looked forward to playing Bingo (Loteria), working in her rose garden and decorating for Christmas. She was happiest when her hands were full, one around a margarita and the other holding a quesadilla!
She is survived by her husband, Tomas Garcia, Sr., son Tomas Garcia, Jr.; daughter Karina Garcia; mother Rosa Maria (Sanchez) Meza; sister Griselda Meza and brothers and sister-in-law Gerardo Sanchez and Leonardo and Irasma Meza
Serving as pallbearers are Tomas Garcia, Jr., Tomas Garcia, Sr., Leonardo Meza, Jonathan Herrera, Victor Garcia and Felipe Sanchez.
She was preceded in death by her father.
