Tony Pavlock, 82, of Anderson, passed away on Saturday, March 16, 2024, in College Station at Scott & White Hospice. Visitation will be at 6pm, with the rosary recited at 7 pm, Thursday, March 21, 2024, both at the church. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10 am, Friday, March 22, 2024, at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Officiating services is Rev. Giovanni Nguyen. Services are under the direction of Nobles Funeral Chapel.Tony was born in Dobbin, Texas to his parents Leon and Hattie Phillips Pavlock, on July 18, 1941. Tony married the love of his life, Betty Ann on June 6, 1970. Tony retired from the Texas Department of Transportation after 28 years of service. Tony continued life with Betty where they enjoyed spending time with cows. Tony and Betty both enjoyed working in their yard, planting flowers, decorating their yard and most of all riding their law mowers as they mowed the grass. Tony spent a lot of time making his rounds throughout Anderson visiting many of the local establishments. Tony did not know a stranger and was quick to brag on his godchild Gabrielle, as he would always pull out her picture to share. Gabrielle called Tony “Boo Bah” and she loved to visit with him where they would spend most of their days outside. Tony had gotten two horses which he and Gabrielle would tend to together. Tony was very passionate and proud of his home and wife. Tony and Betty would attend church together every Saturday night or Sunday morning and were very devout Christians in their faith.Tony is preceded in death by his parents, Leon and Hattie Pavlock and other relatives.
Tony is survived by his wife of 53 years, Betty and numerous brothers and sisters as well as nieces, nephews, godchildren and other relatives.Honoring the life of Tony Pavlock as pallbearers are Andrew Borski, Dwayne Pavlock, Karl Johnson, Donald Ray Wishkoski, Clint Pavlock, and John Bellinghausen.
