Mrs. Annie Isabell Shead

Annie Isabell Shead, 87, of Richards died at The Sheridan of Navasota on Wednesday, December 25, 2013. Visitation will be Saturday, December 28th from 4:00 - 6:00 p.m. at Nobles Funeral Chapel. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, December 29th, 2013 at 2:00pm at Richards Baptist Church with interment to follow in Bays Chapel Cemetery. The Rev. Joe Saffle will officiate. Arrangements are under the direction of Nobles Funeral Chapel.
Annie was born in Richards on November 8, 1926, the daughter of Huey Edward Reaves and Angie Lucile (Hurry) Reaves. On May 24, 1947, she married Mr. Ben Shead. Together, they raised two sons.
Mrs. Shead is survived by her husband Ben, and her sons and daughters-in-law Ben and Sarah Shead of Richards and Roger and Jeannine Shead of Richards, grandchildren Amy & Shawn King and Bradley Shead, also of Richards and two great grandchildren, Sloan and Stetson King.
Serving as pallbearers are Bradley Shead, Shawn King, Larry Graves and Bobby Smith, all of Richards, David Patterson of Montgomery and Woody Patterson of Houston. In lieu of flowers, the family ask that you consider leaving a memorial offering to Richards Baptist Church.
