Anna Marie Brandt

Mrs. Anna Marie Brandt, 78, of Richards passed away Friday, January 4, 2013 at the St. Joseph Regional Health Center. Visitation will be Monday from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. at Nobles Funeral Chapel. Funeral services are scheduled for Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. at the Singleton Bible Fellowship Church with the Rev. Gary Ladd officiating. Interment will follow in Bays Chapel Cemetery in Richards. Arrangements are under the direction of Nobles Funeral Chapel.

Anna was born on July 30, 1934, in Mobile, Alabama, the daughter of Lyman Oscar & Marie Elvina (LeBlanc) King. She married Melvin Brandt in Houston on May 17, 1952.

Mrs. Brandt was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Melvin Brandt and numerous brothers and sisters.

She is survived by daughters and sons-in-law, Kathy and Tracy Teague of Roans Prairie and Donna and Jim Dowdy of Shiro; son and daughter-in-law, Arlon and Brenda Brandt of Roans Prairie; seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Serving as pallbearers are Taylor Teague of Roans Prairie, David Brandt of Kingwood, Eric Kopinitz of Roans Prairie, J. L. Geist of Bees Cave, Gary Borski of Anderson, Calvin Steele of Roans Prairie, Shawn Schneider of Shiro and Dean Garcia of Shiro.
