Mrs. Adeline Fritsche, 88, of White Hall passed away Thursday, June 21, 2012, at the St. Joseph Regional Health Center. Visitation will be from 1-3pm Sunday, June 24 at Nobles Funeral Chapel. Funeral services are scheduled for 11am Monday at Salem Lutheran Church with the Rev. Chris Richardson officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Nobles Funeral Chapel.
Adeline was born to Fritz and Annie (Horn) Wehmeier on June 29, 1923, in White Hall. She was a member of the VFW Post #4006 Ladies Auxiliary.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Lester Fritsche; daughter, Patricia Fritsche, sister, Edna Wehmeier; and brother, Ervin Wehmeier.
Mrs. Fritsche is survived by her son, Stanley Fritsche and wife Helen of Houston; sister, Lillian Shimshack of Navasota; sisters-in-law, Frances Wernecke and husband Carl of Tomball, Rachel Taylor and husband Troy of Houston, Nathlyn Taylor and husband Kenneth of Conroe, and Erma Wehmeier of Navasota; grandchildren, Stephen Fritsche and wife Jennifer of Houston, and Stacy Novak and husband John of The Woodlands; and great-grandchildren, Jeremy, Jared and Jackson Fritsche and Mitchell, Annie and Natalie Novak; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Serving as pallbearers are Calvin Wernecke of Waller, Craig Wernecke of Magnolia, Troy Taylor of Houston, Jimmy Shimshack, Richard Shimshack and Mark Shimshack, all of Navasota.
