Mr. John Henry Rinehart, 88, of Sulphur, OK passed away
Sunday, January 15, 2012 at the Sulphur Veterans Center. A graveside service is set for 1pm Thursday, January 19 at the Independence Cemetery in Shiro, TX with the Rev. Floyd Hoke officiating.
John was born in Gustine, TX on September 16, 1923, the son of William and Effie (Dodson) Rinehart. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving in WWII.
He was preceded in death by his son, Johnny Dean Rinehart; and brother, Neal Rinehart.
John is survived by his son and daughters-in-law, Pete and Barbara Rinehart of Wynnewood, OK, Neva Rinehart of Oilton, OK and Anne Rinehart of Wetumka, OK; daughter and son-in-law, Mary Susan and Danny Chancellor of Holdenville, OK; 3 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
