Mrs Jennifer J. Stewart

February 13, 1953 — April 11, 2015

Jennifer J. Moses Stewart, 62, passed away Saturday, April 11, 2015 at her home in Iola, Texas. She is survived by her husband Dennis, her son Jimmy Jack Fisher and three grandchildren Jack, Jon and James Fisher of Redding, CA. She is also survived by step sons Steven Dale, Shannon Doyle, and Sheldon Dean Stewart. She is the daughter of Jessica and James Moses (both deceased) and is also survived by her sisters Jessica J. Rossman and husband David of Arlington, OH, Pamela and husband John Beall of Findlay, OH and Wendy Moses and Doug Kahn of Waxhaw, NC.

Jennifer and her twin sister Jane graduated from Arlington High School, Arlington, OH in 1971. Jennifer began her career with Compaq Computers in Houston, TX when it was a start-up company. Inspired by the engineers with whom she worked, she became a Harley Davidson motorcycle enthusiast. She wore a skunk cap when she rode for which she acquired the nickname "Skunk." She parlayed her interest in motorcycles into a monthly newspaper which she edited and produced for approximately 20 years called "Skunk Dots" .......with the tag line, “We'll put you on the scent to a great motor cycle event.” Included at the beginning of editions was a Christian story involving bikers. She was especially fond of charity motorcycle rallies such as the The NW San Jacinto High Rollers Toy Run each Christmas in Houston TX. The M.A.C.H. Run (Make a Christmas Happen) in Grimes County, TX, the Toy Run in Burleson County, TX, and the Bikers for Bikers Charity that helps bikers and their families. Jennifer was patriotic and compassionate toward those who served their country in the military. In recent years she enjoyed gardening and helping Dennis raise farm animals at their home in the country.
Jennifer will be remembered by her siblings for her artistic talent and free spirit. On Saturday, April 18, 2015 at Evergreen Church Fellowship Hall will open at 11:00AM for a Celebration of life. Food and snacks will be available. A memorial service will be held 2:00PM in the main chapel of Evergreen Church. From Carlos, TX. Go north on Hwy 244 for 4 miles. Turn left on Co.Rd. 172 (Large White Church sign) go approx…1 mile - Church on Right. Physical address is 8800 CR 172, Iola. TX 77861. Arrangements are under the direction of Nobles Funeral Chapel.
